Agriculture Equipment Operator

Job description

Workers will operate tractors with GPS and designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed, plant and fertilize. They will move materials, supplies or crops to designated locations. Routine maintenance will need to be done on equipment, structures and grounds. Self starter, highly motivated and able to complete projects with limited supervision and no direct supervision once trained. Highly self motivated, willingness to work flexible hours, dependable and hard working. Mechanical experience necessary on all type of farm equipment.
Crops: Wheat and beans

Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking in equipment, housing or vehicles . No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
No Educational level required.
Must have three months tractor driving with GPS and towed implements, operate computerized monitors.
Mechanical and Semi-truck experience.
