Job description
Workers will be responsible for operating equipment such as cutters, swathers, and tractors used in harvesting agricultural commodities. Will drive heavy trucks to transport harvested commodities from loading site to destinations. Drive trucks to haul harvesting machines between work sites.
Workers will clean and maintain equipment, perform basic lubrication duties, and make minor repairs.
The average work week is 44 hours plus depending on the workload. During the harvest season, the work week is 7 days a week for 10 plus hours per day. Days and hours will vary depending on weather conditions, need, or other crop factors.
Must have at least 3 months verifiable experience driving trucking and operating farm equipment.
Special Requirements
CDL Drivers must have Class A Driver License or Licencia Federal -- Categoria B. must have 3 months experience. Have or obtain a U.S. issued medical card.
