Agriculture Equipment Operator

Job description

Workers will drive and operates tractors installed with GPS to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, harvesting of crops and commodities such as potatoes & beans. Workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. Deliveries will be made for materials, supplies or crops to designated locations. Maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, buildings and grounds. Must be able to work independently after given instructions.

Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to operational business related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking in equipment, vehicles and housing units. Drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is prohibited and personal time discouraged. No Educational level required. Must have three months of driving tractors installed with GPS and computerized monitors with towed implements.
