Job description
Employees will be sorting cucumbers and working at the sorting tables. Employees will stand on each side of the conveyor and pull-out debris, damaged product, and anything else that is not edible or acceptable. This is a fast-paced area where employees have seconds to make a judgment call as to what goes through. Must be able to work quickly and in a fast-paced environment. Each station must be manned from the time the first cucumber is unloaded from the truck until the last cucumber is boxed. Employees will need to document and keep track of dates/times of the loads.
Special Requirements
Job requires repetitive movements and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. On the job training will be provided. Require 3 months experience in a fast-paced environment.
