Job description
Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foodstuffs in
restaurants. Chop and cut fresh vegetables and fruits. May order supplies, keep records and
accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu. Observe recipe guidelines and sanitation
procedures.
*Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 40 hrs./wk.; O/T as needed; Variable shifts over 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday): 5:30am-12pm; 2pm-11pm; as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program.
Special Requirements
THE 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN BOX F.A.9, CONTEMPLATES 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS LINE COOK IN WHITE TABLECLOTH RESTAURANT /COUNTRY CLUB. OTHER REQUIREMENT: BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
