Job description
Duties include: preparing all food items prior to cooking, cutting or breaking bulk items into individual portion sizes, cutting vegetables, fruit and meats, and gathering and mixing ingredients. Prep cooks will also be required to do some cooking and preparation of menu items in support of the head cook.
Special Requirements
The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 6 days per week with rotating days off. The business is open 7 days per week. Three shifts, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm approximately 35 hours per week with some overtime during busy times. Weekend and holiday work will be required. Must be available to work all shifts.
