Weighing, pounding meat with tenderizer, trimming, cutting, vacuum pack, quick freeze, boxing, shrink wrapping for cold storage. Cleanup of work site as necessary.

Random drug screening upon hire (paid for by employer).
Shift hours may vary depending on amount of product to process. Employees may be able to work Saturdays and Sundays during peak production.
