Job description

Delivery, installation, set up, and take away of tents, tables, chairs, dance floors and other event rental items. Load/unload items on delivery truck. Clean and maintain event rental items. Perform rental inventory.

Job duties for the position of Laborer, tent and event installers involve loading trucks with event rental items such as tents, tables, chairs, dishes, glasses and dance floors from the Company warehouse. “Delivery” tasks involve unloading event rental items from truck, erecting tents, installing dance floors, placing tables and chairs and other event rental items at the worksites where events take place, such worksites as identified in the Form ETA 9141.
 
After the event is complete, duties encompass removing rental items, taking tents down, and reloading trucks for rental items to be returned to the Company’s warehouse.
No driving is involved in performance of the job duties. The Company employs experienced U.S. workers with U.S. drivers’ licenses to drive its vehicles.
Laborers may be tasked with cleaning/maintaining event rental equipment (excluding vehicles). Laborers may be tasked with performing rental inventory after event takes place.

Special Requirements

Hours and start/end times may vary. Employer will offer at least (no less than) 40 hours per week.
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
