Agricultural Equipment Operator

Job description

Employees will need to assist with our custom harvest and hay chopping operation. Employees will assist with row crop harvest, hauling feed ingredients and other field operations such as hauling crops form field to storage. Employees will drive semis and haul haylage, corn silage, as well as operate tractors and loaders. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion.

**** Please note that for 2023 we will be adjusting our starting date to February 1st to cover our entire season.

Special Requirements

Job requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and employee must be able to obtain a CDL or equivalent within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
