Agricultural Equipment Operator

Job description

We farm 5,000 acres of corn and soybeans. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Employees will pick rock, operate the tractor and other farm equipment, and assist in planting and combing of the crop. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. And complete general farm duties as assigned. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

*** Please note that for 2023 we will be adjusting our starting date to March 1st to cover our entire crop season.

Special Requirements

Job requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Require 3 months experience. Require a Driver's License.
