Job description
Perform a variety of temporary and full-time food preparation duties other than cooking such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee and tea. Duties May also include organization of food storage, inventory of food items, cleaning kitchen equipment and assisting cooks wit various tasks as needed.
Special Requirements
Work week is Monday-Sunday. Shifts include 8am-4pm OR 3pm-11pm. Will require alternate work days and shifts.
