Job description
The employee for this position is responsible for the complete care of the facility, grounds, the building exterior and equipment that services the facility, which include: mowing and spraying weeds as needed (20%); pick up trash and debris (5%); blade driveways as needed (5%); maintain good housekeeping and grounds keeping (25%); drive and operate the following equipment: skid loader, tractor, mower, forklift, pick-up or truck pulling a trailer (15%); maintain equipment such as mower, skid loaders, and pickups (10%); and perform cattle herdsman duties (20%). Position requires 1 month experience in grounds keeping and experience working around cattle. Mechanically inclined is beneficial. Must be able to lift heavy loads (75 lbs.). Have or be able to have driver’s license. Must be able to tolerate extreme heat.
