Job description
Workers will harvest sweet potatoes both using a mechanical harvester and picking them from the ground using buckets if needed. Workers will clean and repair potato storage crates by hand using hammer and nails and nail guns when available. Workers will help to keep the housing clean and the work area clean of trash, they will cut grass using a riding mower or weed eater. Workers will assist in packing the potatoes as needed.
Labor is allowed planting, drying, packing packaging, processing, grading, storing, or deliver to storage in its unmanufactured state. Labor will be used to clean, grad and package sweet potatoes at Penry Farm located at 12015 CR 54 Daphne Al 36526
