Farm Worker Laborer

Job description

Diversified crops: corn, beans, wheat, canola
Workers may fill planters with seed from 50lb. Bags.
Workers may operate equipment to prepare fields.
Workers may spray crops for weeds and grass.
Workers may apply water and fertilizers.
Workers may restock trucks and equipment with seed bags.
Workers may use equipment to prepare fields for planting.
Workers may load and unload harvested crops for shipping and storage

Hay & Straw:
Workers may cut and bale hay, straw with equipment.
Workers may load and unload bales onto trucks or wagons.
Workers may load bales in barns for storage.
Workers may load trucks for shipping.
Workers may prepare fields for next crop.
Other Related Duties:
Workers may chop weeds from between plants with a hoe.

Special Requirements

WORKERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO RANDOM DRUG TESTS AT EMPLOYERS COST, POST EMPLOYMENT
WORKERS WILL BE TRAINED FOR 16 HOURS, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM ALL JOB DUTIES LISTED, IN A EFFECTIVE MANNER. 3 MONTHS ROW CROP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED employees may be subject to random drug test, post employment at employers cost.
WORKERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO STAND, WALK, BEND & STOOP, ALSO LIFT 60-80 LBS UP TO 4 FT. FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME.
