Farmworkers

Job description

Workers will be required to drive tractors and trucks from planting, harvesting and preparing fields for the next year. General farm labor such as drainage, cleaning the shop areas, mowing housing, shop and office yards. Minor repair and maintenance and cleaning of farm vehicles and equipment. Keeping fields free of debris, etc. will be required.Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
