Job description
Job duties include driving tractors with various implements, combine, and grain cart including attaching various implements to tractors for harvesting crops and drive semi trucks to haul grain from the field to storage facilities. Employees must be able to change flats on tractors and semi’s; service and maintain tractors, combines, semi’s, and all implements; and clean, organize and maintain shop and shop yard by cleaning, sweeping, weed eating, and mowing grass. Must have a minimum of 3 months experience, basic English literacy, reading, and math skills and the ability to obtain a drivers license within 30 days if they do not already have one. Pay increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Basic English literacy and math skills, and the ability to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire are required. Drug testing may be done post hire at the employers expense to ensure safety on and around the worksite
