Job description
Be able to operate gin equipment such as bale presses and record weight of bale and seed; be able to operate combination truck and trailer to transport bales to and from gin storage during ginning; operate module moving trucks and trailers to transport cotton modules to the gin; maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery; drive pickup to obtain parts and supplies; daily upkeep and cleaning of equipment while ginning; during times of peak need and depending on weather or crop conditions, hours requested may increase to up to 12 hours per day; work at night may be requested; employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath.
