Job description

Job duties include the operation of farm equipment to harvest and haul grain to the storage area. Farm equipment that employees will operate includes tractors, combine, trucks, and semi-trucks. Duties also include manual labor such as maintenance and repairs on trucks and parts, cleaning grain bins, and performing shop work such as welding. Must have or be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire, have 3 months of experience, and basic English literacy, reading, and math skills. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.

Special Requirements

Employees must be able to lift 50 pounds. Moderate cell phone use is allowed at the worksite.
