Job description

Workers typically perform a variety of tasks related to the hand packing and/or repacking of dried fruits, vegetables, and/or grains from larger wholesale bags to smaller individual bags. Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders. Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers. Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas. Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes. Label and count containers/packages. Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. Must be able to read Spanish or English at a basic level.

Special Requirements

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary.
