Job description
Obtain & distribute product; use knife to cut oyster from shell; discard shell; inspect oyster meat for blemishes; remove/discard; wash oysters using shell stock washer; separate processed meat by size or quality & place oysters in containers; assist with cleaning work area at end of shift; place product in trucks as needed. Work is supervised. Employer provides 14 days on the job training.
