Job description

Job requires operating farm equipment including, but not limited to, tractors with various implements and semi-trucks to till soil; prepare and maintain field conditions; and harvest and transport products to elevator or storage area. Job will also require performing mechanical repair and maintenance on equipment, regularly servicing and cleaning equipment, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.

Special Requirements

Job requires having or being able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy and math skills are required.
