Job description
Oversee serving staff during set up, serving and clearing; train new servers on the floor; build/maintain rapport with the club members; assume server duties as required, particularly in the service of special guests of honor and VIPs; required to set an exemplary example and to ensure the highest level of service that is provided by the clubs serving staff. Supervise approx. 20 people.
Special Requirements
Pass pre-employment police clearance; fluent in English; post-employment drug testing. Employer requires pre-employment police clearance and post-employment drug testing to be carried out equally between the U.S. workers and the H-2B workers.
*Continuation to Section F.A.5 of ETA 9142 above: 40 hours a week will consist of 8 hour shifts that can vary as needed and advertised in State Workforce Agency and other required advertisement. Shift may vary from 6AM-11PM.
*Continuation to F.A.9 of Form ETA 9142 above: 6 months experience as a Senior Server/Server Captain in a hospitality setting
