Job description
Shovel and plow snow, grounds maintenance and other duties as assigned related to facilities and roads maintenance. Potential for fall/spring clean up. Operate a snow blower. De-icing and removal of snow for walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties. May drive vehicle.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Work hours may include nights and overtime during emergencies and winter storm conditions. Must be able to perform manual, physical labor outside during all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc).
