Job description
Places oysters on tables and removes meats from the shells. Washes, sorts and packs oyster meats for consumption. Cleans and sanitizes shucking stations as required by food-safety rules. Disposes of oyster shells in the designated areas. Work is supervised. Employer provides 5 days on the job training.
Special Requirements
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal.
