Job description
Cooks will be responsible for preparing, cooking and seasoning meats, vegetables, soups, desserts and other food for consumption. Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipe, using a variety of kitchen utensils, and equipment, such as blenders, mixers, grinders, slicers, digital ovens, digital fryers and knives. Clean and organize coolers, freezers and put away ordered stock items.

THE PETITIONER WILL CONSIDER ANY PERSON FOR EMPLOYMENT WHO POSSESSES AT LEAST THREE (3) MONTHS OF CULINARY EXPERIENCE IN A FINE-DINING OR HIGH-VOLUME ENVIRONMENT AT A HIGH-END RESTAURANT, RESORT, OR PRIVATE CLUB. APPLICANT MUST COMPLETE PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING.
WORK SCHEDULE CAN INCLUDE EVENING, WEEKEND, AND HOLIDAY HOURS. WORK MAY BE PERFORMED ON ANY DAY OF THE WEEK FROM MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. Work day is 10AM 10PM, however split shifts are available from 10AM-4PM or 4PM-10PM.
