Job description
Use power & hand tools to maintain lawns. Rake and blow leaves; prune and haul topsoil and mulch. Pick up trash and debris. Light facility/equipment maintenance during inclement weather. Involves bending, stooping, lifting and stretching on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift 50 lbs often, work in extreme weather. Possibility of performance based raise, bonus, overtime and Saturdays. 1 hr non paid lunch. Transportation provided to worksites from central location in Carrollton, TX. May assist with finding and/or securing housing.
