Job description
Responsibilities include retrieving ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom, measuring ingredients per cook’s instructions. Cleans dishes, glassware, silverware, kitchen, food preparation equipment, utensils, empties trash cans, sweeps and mops floors, performs a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking such as peeling and cutting fruits and vegetables. On-site housing, food and utilities is available with no charge to employees this is optional. Days and shift may vary.
