Job description
Polish glasses, polish silverware and plates. Polish Brass and copper. Setting up restaurant and breakdown restaurant – moving tables and chairs. Cleaning of Dining room and patio. Check and maintain restrooms during service. Cutting and serving bread, running food and drinks, making and serving coffee/tea. Restocking, cleaning and maintaining coffee station. Receive, maintain, iron and fold linen. Greeting and seating guests. Resetting tables. Filling water pitchers and marking trays. Receiving and restocking dry goods and wines, updating wine lists. Maintaining dry storage room and par levels. Following Sails Restaurant steps of service.
Special Requirements
THE PETITIONER WILL CONSIDER ANY PERSON FOR EMPLOYMENT WHO POSSESSES AT LEAST THREE (3) MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN A FINE-DINING OR HIGH-VOLUME ENVIRONMENT AT A HIGH-END, LUXURY RESTAURANT, RESORT, OR PRIVATE CLUB.
APPLICANT MUST COMPLETE PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING.
Work schedule can vary and can include evenings, weekend, and holidays. Work performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Shifts are 10am 7pm or 3pm 12am.
