Job description
Operate or tend machines to prepare industrial or consumer products for storage or shipment. Operating and monitoring of the strapping equipment and the placement and count of the Bundle Tag(s). Perform running adjustments, repairs and maintenance to the strapping equipment. Identify all products and their packaging specifications including strap patterns, wood packaging requirements, in between layer sheets and top sheets. Ensure the quality and soundness of all strapped bundles. Perform final Quality Control check before product leaves the plant building. Attach the proper bundle tag
Special Requirements
REQUIRES STANDING, STOOPING, REACHING AND LIFTING UP TO 50 LBS. REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO PERFORM WORK WITH HANDS AND/OR ARMS IN THE SAME REPETITIVE MOTION ABOVE AND BELOW SHOULDER LEVEL
SCHEDULE VARIES, OVERTIME AVAILABLE AS NEEDED.
