Job description
Shovel and plow snow, grounds maintenance and other duties as assigned related to facilities maintenance. Irrigation system winterization and activation. Potential for fall and spring leaf clean-up, dormant pruning, leaf removal and landscape bed mulching. De-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties. May drive crew vehicle.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Work hours may include nights, weekends, and overtime during emergencies and winter storm conditions. Post hire post accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.
