Job description
Cooks II will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant, and coordinating work among kitchen staff and planning menus. Cooks II may need to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Cooks II may supervise up to 10 Cooks I. Please see attached job description for additional information.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for the position any person who possesses at least one (1) year of culinary experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
