“Shovel snow and perform grounds maintenance. Potential for fall and spring clean-up. De-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties. Assist with rip rap installation over the ice. Assist with site preparation for dock or retaining wall installation by removing ice and snow, or grading by digging with hand tools, such as shovels, snow brooms, ice scrapers, ice melt, salt, and hand plows, to clear the ground/shore where installation will occur. Move materials for installation from piles to dock locations. Organize and move materials such as ground fabric, fieldstone riprap, and buckets. Place ground fabric behind rocks for retaining walls once ice and snow are removed. Use shovels and hand tools to clear the project sites of ice, snow, and debris. May include maintenance and cleaning of shop tools including, using brooms and shovels to clean excess shop materials, when weather does not allow outside work.”

Special Requirements

Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, snow, heat, and rain. Some OT and weekends required when necessary. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
