Job description
Member Services Concierges will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with reservations and operating phones in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with concierge services such as making reservations and helping guests with directions, sorting and distributing mail, maintaining the front desk area and lobby message board, and performing general office work such as word processing, filing, and operating copy and fax machines as needed. Member Services Concierges may need to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Please see job description for additional information.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. Applicant must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Applicant may be required to complete pre-employment COVID-19 test if required under federal or state guidelines at the time of hire.
