Job description
Prepare, season, and cook high end dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts. Prepare quality plates both in design and taste, ensure the kitchen operates in a timely fashion and meets quality standards, comply and enforce sanitation and safety standards, work as a team, maintain positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Special Requirements
Must possess positive attitude, strong work ethic, understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures, accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions, familiar with industry's safety practices, able to listen and take direction, attention to detail and consistency. Extra consideration for candidates that have completed a food handling and safety course and/or possess a degree in the culinary arts.
Work days: MondaySunday.
Hours per week: 35
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts from 2 pm - 10 pm.
