Employee will use his or her hands to open the bag of concrete mix, lift the bag of concrete mix and pour it into small bucket. From there employee will use a hose to fill the bucket with the required amount of water. Once water is in small bucket, employee will use a hoe or other small device to mix the water and concrete until it is at the desirable consistency. Employee will then pour the concrete from the bucket into the desired area of use. This desired area of use is bordered by wood that is also placed by employee. Employee then uses a tamper to compact down the area so that it is flat. Once poured the employee uses a small peace of wood to flatten the concrete to the desired level.
