Job description
Mixing up pastry dough for Jamaican Patties, use of Dough Sheeter/Mixer and skilled in producing the pastries/patties in large quantities. Must bake patties and train staff in unique techniques required of signature pastries. Order required ingredients and tools from relevant suppliers. Must have knowledge of Caribbean cuisine, spices and technique relevant to pastry offerings.
Special Requirements
Must have 12 months of experience baking Jamaican Patties and/or Caribbean Pastries.
