Job description
Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Please see attached job description for additional information.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Must also possess: technical knowledge and experience executing all 5 mother sauces; experience with precise cutlery skills such as fine brunoise, tourne, spatch cock, and protein fabrication; experience in high-volume a la carte fine dining, catering, and banquets; and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. Applicant must complete pre-employment COVID-19 test or provide proof of vaccination.
