F&b Assistant I

Job description

Shifts: 4am–11am; 11am-6pm; 6pm-1am; 10pm-6am. May work in multiple worksites throughout PBC, FL. Duties: Monitor areas for debris, mopping, sweeping, emptying buckets, spills; identify dishes, glasses & flatware; operate machines properly; familiar w/silver burnishing procedures; properly set up sink w/sanitizing & cleaning agents; assist in sanitation, including trash removal; keep work area floors clean, dry & safe; delivery set up and removal of event items, may assist in set up and breakdown of event spaces; assist in operations as required; other related duties. Min. 1 month experience in position.

Pay rate varies by Outlet: Pay range: $16.00 to $21.00 hourly rate; or $5.75 to $8.00 hourly rate plus service charge. Employer guarantees hourly rate will not fall below prevailing wage, $12.30/hour. O/T available paid at $24.00 to $31.50/hr, unless exempt from O/T under Section 7(i) of the FLSA.
