Job description
Shifts: 4am–11am; 11am-6pm; 6pm-1am; 10pm-6am. May work in multiple worksites throughout PBC, FL. Duties: Procure supplies from kitchen, maintain dining/buffet area in clean/orderly manner; organize and ensure dining room/buffet area is run in efficient manner and fine service is offered every day; procure efficient operating equipment and supplies from kitchen areas; keep equipment clean in dining area/buffet area; clear tables and bus dirty dishes to kitchen; make sure side stand is equipped with beverages; may serve guests with beverages and entrees as needed; assist management in other matters. Must be able to read and write English correctly. Min. 1 month experience in position.
Pay rate varies by Outlet: $16.00 - $22.00 hourly rate; or $3.00 - $6.00 hourly rate + service charge. Employer guarantees hourly rate of pay will not fall below prevailing wage, $12.20/hour. O/T available paid at $24.00 to $33.00/ hour, unless exempt from O/T under Section 7(i) of the FLSA.
