Material Handler

Job description

Material Handlers to perform duties in the production of pallets. The following is a list of essential functions:
1. Performs Lifting, machine feeding, and stacking of pallet lumber components.
2. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
3. Assembles pallet lumber components utilizing a nail gun.
4. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
5. Must be able to perform but not limited to the following tasks: Able to lift 50 lbs, able to work standing on your feet for 8+ hours a day, able and willing to work in an outdoor environment.
6. Must be able to bend and lift for 8+ hours a day.
The position requires an emphasis on quality and safety. LETEM Recycling is a very fast-paced operation and we pride ourselves on our clean and safe environment.

Two work shifts available: 6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
