Spa Attendant

Job description

Shifts: 7:30am-3pm; 9am-6:30pm; 12pm-9:00pm. Duties: Welcome/direct guests in warm and courteous manner; Maintain inventory of all items placed in Spa; Maintain and rotate an adequate supply of clean linen and towels; Deliver linen and other items as needed; Keep all areas of the Spa, including storage areas, clean/organized; Perform daily cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities; Report any damaged or missing items or maintenance repair needs to management; Ensure that access to facility by authorized Spa guests is safe and secure at all times; Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously; Ensure complete guest satisfaction; Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment; Report to Management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the Spa that require attention; Other related duties. Min. 1 month experience in position; Excellent communication skills; Be detailed/people-oriented and focused on genuine customer service; Ability prioritize effectively. Must be able to read and write English correctly.

Pay rate: $14.30 - $15.00 hourly plus gratuity pool (varies daily). Employer guarantees that wage rate will not fall below prevailing wage of $14.30/hour. O/T available as needed at $21.45 - $22.50/hour.
