Job description

Saratoga Partnership is a progressive row crop operation that farms approximately 14,000 acres of dryland and irrigated corn and soybeans in Iowa and Missouri. The partners and employees are a unique and diverse group of individuals that combine and compliment strengths to enable Saratoga Partnership to thrive in an ever changing agricultural environment. The company utilizes current technology and equipment for the farming operations. Saratoga Partnership values people and the role good employees play in the success of the operation. Employees will assist with machine operating for planting, harvesting, tillage, application, and land improvement. Employees will operate a truck to haul grain and spray, and operate irrigation equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employees will work some Sundays. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

***Please note that for 2023 filing, we will be adjusting our starting date to February 15th, to cover our entire crop season.

Special Requirements

Job requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling, sitting, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
