Job description
• Set up and stocking of stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meats, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Ensure that food is presented simultaneously with other stations in a high quality and timely fashion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Clean station and properly store unused foods at end of shift.
• Stock new inventory appropriately.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by kitchen or other management.
Special Requirements
Six months of experience as a cook is required. all applicants are required to pass pre-employment drug test and background check; this includes domestic and H2B visa employees in seasonal or full-time and annual positions and is applied to all applicants regardless of their national origin, race, gender. Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
