Job description
Rice to include: field prep, water maintenance, drive tractor, planting and harvesting of rice. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Crawfishing involves cutting up of fish bait, operate motorized & push crawfish boats; traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back into pond; weigh & tag crawfish; load crawfish in truck to deliver to local markets; standing for long periods of time & walking, frequent stooping and lifting of 40 lbs., repetitive movements, and working outside in inclement weather conditions. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. All tools, supplies & equipment furnished at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
