Job description
Direct food preparation and collaborates with head chef. Help in the design of food and drink menu. Produce high quality plates, including both design and taste. Oversee activities of kitchen staff. Assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
Special Requirements
2 years work experience involving Peruvian cuisine and Peruvian ingredients, spices and bases, and application. 2 years experience in management of kitchen and kitchen inventory. Qualifying experience may have been gained concurrently.
