Pick fruits and decorticate for seeds (figs, apples, persimmon, strawberry, raspberry, blueberries, blackberry, black raspberry, red cabbage). Workers will clean seeds, check for quality and humidity, shuffle and have ready to be cold pressed for oil extraction.
