Job description

Cattle will be relocated from the pastures to the ranch for the winter months. Workers will drive and operate tractors with towed feeder wagons with computerized scale monitors for feeding cattle with grains such as alfalfa and corn mixture. With the cold winter weather in North Dakota pens will need to bedded with straw, water fountains checked for freezing and health conditions of the animals. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work independently after given instructions. Routine maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, buildings, grounds including fixing fence and snow removal.

Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking in the equipment, housing or vehicles. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours, otherwise discouraged.
No Educational level required. Must have three months tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized monitors and cattle experience.
