Job description
• Follows recipes to prepare and cook food, chef guidance on stations, Standard Operating Procedures, and all safety, cleanliness and organizational regulations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, kitchen and restaurant; follow proper HAACP procedures.
• Assist in recipe adherence and proper production procedures.
• Promote positive professional culinary culture throughout our F&B outlets and the Resort.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all established safety practices.
Special Requirements
Ability to Obtain Washington Food Handler's Permit
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
On the job training will be provided.
35 hours per week. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. 6am-2pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm, 2pm-11pm.
Wage: $20.04 - $23.99 hourly. Overtime possible at $30.06 - $35.99
Annual merit increases based on performance review.
