Job description
Duties may include: peeling crawfish; cleaning, trimming section of crawfish for future processing, removing parts, inspecting products for defects; weigh product, prepare for sale or consumption; mark product; sort, inspect; cleanup of worksite.
Special Requirements
Employee may make either listed hourly wage or the piece rate wage of $2.25/lb. may be offered, whichever is higher.
Employer will provide workers, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, equipment required to perform duties assigned.
