Job description

Perform duties on a farm for a farm like: Attach implements to tractor; Drive and operate Farm Machinery; Lubricate equipment; Maintain equipment; Operate towed equipment to spread manure; Spread manure; Use Skid-steer loader; Apply fertilizers to crops; Clean and Maintain grounds/facilities; Incidental Maintenance; Incidental equipment cleaning; Incidental repainting; Changing oil as needed; Equipment Disassembly & Reassembly; Sanding/Grinding

Equipment:8330 JCB Tractors with JBS Manure spreaders, Front End wheel loaders, Track skid steer loaders, Semi truck with end dump, Semi truck with lowboy to move equipment,
Torch and welder to do general equipment repairs

Special Requirements

No minimum education required. Minimum of (3) months experience required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30-90 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employer's expense due to the liability of driving heavy trucks and equipment on public roads. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting and walking. Repetitive movements. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
